Katie and Ryan have both made such progress in terms of their individual fitness goals simply by committing to the process and working hard each time!

Katie has gained strength and huge confidence to push herself in deadlifts, bench, and one of her faves (leg press)

Ryan has been working hard on getting in regularly and improving his cardiovascular fitness too, smashing is testing just recently 🏃 … he has also lost several cm and is feeling awesome 📏📏

Shout out to Luke @just.l.h.p for always bringing his A-Game despite being forced to miss several weeks due to sickness that just wouldn’t leave him alone

Luke is proof that despite the road bumps, you can keep on the right path and keep working on the things that you can control ✅🥳

By ensuring he stuck to eating well, he maintained his weight loss and did not go backwards ⚖️

Not only that, the work he had done before he got sick saw him improve his recovery heart rate on his cardio test from 129BPM down to 117BPM when we retested last week🫀⏱
