Ryan has been working hard on getting in regularly and improving his cardiovascular fitness too, smashing is testing just recently ๐Ÿƒ โ€ฆ he has also lost several cm and is feeling awesome ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“

Luke is proof that despite the road bumps, you can keep on the right path and keep working on the things that you can control โœ…๐Ÿฅณ

By ensuring he stuck to eating well, he maintained his weight loss and did not go backwards โš–๏ธ

Not only that, the work he had done before he got sick saw him improve his recovery heart rate on his cardio test from 129BPM down to 117BPM when we retested last week๐Ÿซ€โฑ

Well done Luke!
